Innovis S.A. is staffed with professionals of high academic qualifications and long working experience, with expertise in various fields of Information Technology.
We actively promote job satisfaction and personal advancement for our employees and co-workers. Innovis follows closely the international technological and business developments and, through seminars, R&D projects and continuous training, we keep our staff in the front line, so that our customers can have the best for their investment. Internally, we apply an incentive scheme based on the disciplines of the Balanced Scorecard methodology, so that the rules of the game are clear and everyone is rewarded accordingly.

Innovis has recently moved to new premises in Pallini, Attiki, providing a new working environment to our personnel, with amenities such as easy access with public transportation means, ample car parking space, lunch and coffee room, large working rooms, training room, meeting rooms, complemented by green surroundings.
Innovis also provides, as an added benefit, extra medical insurance cover for all its employees, so that small inconveniences of every-day life remain small…
